Most rehab stops at getting you out of pain. We connect rehab, training, and performance—so you come back stronger, more resilient, and better than before. Traditional physical therapy often ends when the pain subsides. Ours begins with understanding why it started—and where you want to go next.
Our cash-pay model allows for longer sessions, more individualized care, and the freedom to use the most effective tools for your situation. We focus on progressive loading, movement quality, and full-system understanding, not just symptom management.
Because we operate within a coaching environment, your PT isn’t guessing what your training looks like—they’re actively coordinating with your coaches to ensure your rehab, strength work, and conditioning all move in the same direction.
The goal isn’t just to feel better. It’s to be better.
Start Building Resilience.
Our 360° care model integrates physical therapy, training, and coaching to fix the problem—and keep it from coming back.
Physical Therapy at CFL provides skilled, hands-on clinical care to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue work, joint mobilization, dry needling, cupping, scraping, mobility work, and other targeted modalities based on your evaluation and goals. Each session is designed to address the source of your symptoms, restore function, and help you feel confident getting back to the activities you enjoy.
Once you have completed your PT: Corrective Exercise is the bridge between pain and performance. It’s where you take what you’ve worked on in physical therapy and apply it under load, in movement, and in real training environments.
Our corrective exercise specialists work alongside your physical therapist and coaches to reinforce better movement patterns, build strength in the right positions, and ensure progress actually carries over. This isn’t random mobility work—it’s targeted, intentional training designed to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock higher levels of performance.
Getting out of pain is just the starting point. Staying out of pain—and continuing to improve—requires the right next step.
That’s why we don’t send you off without a plan for your next steps. We guide you into the training environment that best fits your goals:
Your care doesn’t stop. It evolves.
