If you're ready to change we're ready to help.

Whether you're just getting started, returning after time away, or pushing toward new goals, we meet you where you are and support you through every stage of your fitness journey.

About Us

From wherever you are on the continuum- from Sickness, to Wellness, to Fitness- to where you want to go.
One team, collaborating for your best outcomes.

Most people who walk through our doors have already tried the usual setup many times: a gym for the workouts, a nutritionist for the food, a PT for whatever breaks. None of these providers talk to each other which leaves you managing your own health which can feel like a part-time job.

We call our approach deep health — built on Precision Nutrition's Deep Health model, extended from coaching the individual into how we've structured the whole business. How you move, how you eat, how you recover, and who's around you when things get hard aren't separate problems. They're one framework for the best health and fitness outcomes, translated into four pillars.

Train. Mechanics first, consistency second, intensity third - always. Easy to say but more challenging to achieve when the rest of the industry is pushing intensity as if it is the only way to get results. Hard work matters but smart training matters more. Our expert coaches will help you get strong for the rest of your life, not just your next competition

Fuel. Nutrition coaching that takes the time to get to know you, your history, preferences and goals. We work alongside you to help you sustain the changes you want to make.

Rebuild. Not just back to baseline, beyond it. Base line is where most PT ends and the same injuries keep coming back. We make sure you are ready for the next challenge, with an approach that helps you manage your outcomes. And if your care needs to go outside our walls, we are happy to coordinate directly with your providers.

Thrive. Who you surround yourself with is impactful. They are the core of your health. Social connection is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health outcomes, right alongside diet and movement — and that's not just true for our members. Coaching is a real career here instead of a pit stop, so our coaches get to build the same kind of lasting community they're helping you build, not just pass through it.

Four pillars, one team, working together for the best outcomes for our members.  This is what we'd like more of the industry to look like. Real investment in the people doing the work as well as the people working out. Strong people lift each other up.

You don't have to be fit to start here. You just have to start.

Crystie McGrail

Manager, Coach Crystie got hooked on CrossFit in New Hampshire in 2014 after building up the nerve to walk in her local facility for an intro session. With the goal of reducing injuries and imbalances caused by a lifelong love of competitive swimming, she found that, and more, including significant performance improvements after just a few months of CrossFit workouts. In 2020 she decided to share her love of CrossFit with others and started coaching, eventually expanding her role to General Manager. When Crystie moved to Colorado in 2023 she found CrossFit Longmont and it was exactly what she was looking for to rebuild a new fit-family. Shortly thereafter she stepped into the Manager role and has helped build systems and efficiencies to make sure members always have a great place to show up and get in a good workout. Crystie has coached, competed and volunteered with US Masters Swimming for the past 15 years and can often be found promoting adult swimming opportunities. When she is not at CFL, or the pool, Crystie enjoys mountain biking, river tubing and fostering dogs. Certifications CrossFit Level 2 Trainer USAW Level 1
