CrossFit
-
Proven Methodology: Mechanics → Consistency → Intensity, combining strength, gymnastics, and conditioning to develop all components of fitness
-
Scaled for You: Every workout is tailored to your abilities and limitations—safe, accessible for beginners, and challenging for experienced athletes
-
Coached & Supported: Expert-led classes focused on safe movement, personalized progress, and a community that keeps you accountable
BaseCamp
-
Simple, Not Easy: Focused on the fundamentals—learn or refine your technique in the lifts that increase your strength and control that carry over to improving your higher skill CrossFit movements (Olympic lifts/gymnastics)
-
Get Started, Reset after a setback, or Break Through Plateaus: Build foundational strength, return safely after injury, or push past plateaus by improving your baseline
-
Coached with Intention: Expert-led classes with a structured flow—warm-up, strength work, and a short, high-intensity finish.

Barbell
-
Olympic Lifting Focus: Barbell class centers on the clean & jerk and snatch. These lifts teach you how to create force with precision, which carries into strength work, sport, and the way your body handles load.
-
Built Around Safe Progression: Olympic lifting rewards patience. You’ll spend time learning what the lift should feel like before adding weight. That makes the work safer and gives your technique room to hold up as you get stronger
-
Coaching for Every Level: Newer lifters get a clear way into the lifts. Experienced lifters get sharper feedback where it matters most. Everyone is coached toward lifting that feels more powerful and more reliable.
DEKA Training
-
DEKA is one of the most fun, measurable, and beginner-friendly fitness challenges out there.
-
This program is designed to prepare you for DEKA events, or any endurance race you might want to try. You'll get a feel for the movements, build stamina, confidence, and get DEKA race-day strategy.
-
Whether your goal is to finish your first DEKA STRONG, improve your DEKA MILE time, or build toward future races, this class will help you train with purpose for higher aerobic capacity workouts.

Targeted Coaching and Support - Sometimes progress stalls or something doesn’t feel quite right. Our coaches have a variety of specialties and can provide direct support to help you smash through plateaus, improve technique, or work toward specific goals.
-
Accelerated Progress - Working one-on-one with a coach allows you to focus on your specific goals, or training strategy. This can help accelerate progress and provide extra accountability alongside group classes.
-
Corrective Exercise - Sessions focused on improving movement mechanics, finding pain free movement, and restoring strength so you can keep training safely. We begin with a detailed evaluation and build a personalized plan. Many members continue participating in group classes while addressing specific movement issues.

Kris Wilkins
Owner, Corrective Movement Specialist, ACE CPT, Precision Nutrition Master Health Coach In February of 2025 Kris transitioned into being the Owner of CrossFit Longmont Kris is passionate about coaching people who want to get stronger, no matter their challenges. For 15 years she had debilitating hip pain nobody was able to diagnose. She saw provider after provider, and none of them made meaningful progress. Strength training and CrossFit were what kept her pain under control and helped her function through all of it, until she was finally diagnosed with FAI and underwent two hip surgeries. It's the reason she does the work she does now. She's put in over 60 hours of continuing education in corrective exercise, spent a year building a return-to-sport program inside a physical therapy and sports performance clinic in Boulder, and became a certified Precision Nutrition Master Health Coach because she knows the whole person matters. Earlier in her career she coached strength and conditioning for Olympic and professional athletes at Velocity Sports Performance, and built an in-house S&C program from scratch as Program Director at a 4,500-member gym. She's been lifting for over 30 years now, going back to her black belt training in Taekwondo in college. She took ownership of CrossFit Longmont in February 2025. She wanted to build the gym she needed back when she was still looking for answers- an integrated health and fitness facility where providers share knowledge to help you get the best results quickly.
