Rebuild

Don’t just get back to baseline. Rebuild beyond it.

Start Building Resilience

Most physical therapy stops when daily life feels manageable again. That matters, but it is not the same as being ready for the demands that caused the injury in the first place.

Our 360° care model connects physical therapy, training, and coaching so recovery does not stop at pain relief. We help you move from injury, to baseline, to strength and capacity, with the goal of returning to training better than before.

Our Physical Therapists work closely with our coaching team to help you rebuild trust in your body, reduce the risk of re-injury, and get back to the activities that matter to you.

Getting Started Is Simple

Step 1

Physical Therapy

Provides skilled, hands-on clinical care to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue work, joint mobilization, dry needling, cupping, scraping, mobility work, and other targeted modalities based on your evaluation and goals.

Each session is designed to address the source of your symptoms, restore function, and help you feel confident getting back to the activities you enjoy.

Step 2

Once you've completed PT

Corrective Exercise is the bridge between pain and performance. It’s where you take what you’ve worked on in physical therapy and apply it under load, in movement, and in real training environments.

In conjunction with your physical therapist our coaches reinforce better movement patterns, build strength in the right positions, and ensure progress actually carries over. This isn’t random mobility work—it’s targeted, intentional training designed to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock higher levels of performance.

Step 3

Return to Training

Whether it is group classes or training one-on-one with a coach for your specific goals, we want you back in action.

Once you are back in classes your coach is still available whenever you need for maintaining your progress and keeping you out of pain longterm.

Our train pillar has many options to meet your new strength and performance goals now that you are ready to return to sport

Conditions We Commonly Help

At our integrated health and fitness facility, cash-pay physical therapy and corrective exercise can help address a wide range of orthopedic, movement, and performance-related conditions. Our approach focuses on reducing pain, improving mobility, restoring strength, correcting movement patterns, and helping you get back to the activities you enjoy.

  • Low back pain

  • Neck pain and postural strain

  • Shoulder pain, including rotator cuff issues and impingement

  • Tennis elbow and overuse-related arm pain

  • Knee pain and knee osteoarthritis

  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain

  • Balance problems and fall risk

  • Vertigo and BPPV

Fitness Forward Treatment plan

A recovery plan built by coaches who also know your training — so you don't just get pain-free, you rebuild the strength, range of motion, and movement patterns needed to safely load back up. Every stage, from Injury to Baseline to Function to Performance, has a clear standard for what you need to hit before progressing to the next.

Cupping/ manual therapy

Cupping draws blood flow into restricted tissue to speed healing and reduce muscle tension. Manual therapy and joint mobilization restore range of motion in joints that have gotten stiff or guarded — freeing up movement that's been limiting your squat depth, overhead position, or hip hinge.

Dry Needling

Needling can release tight knots in muscle that refer pain and limit contraction. We pair it with electrical stimulation (e-stim) run directly through the needles, which takes it further than needling alone: It's the difference between releasing a knot and actually re-teaching the muscle how to fire correctly.

Pelvic Floor therapy

Targeted assessment and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction — addressing issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, or postpartum weakness that directly affect core stability, bracing, and load tolerance under the bar. This isn't separate from your training: a weak or dysfunctional pelvic floor limits what you can safely lift.
