CrossFit Longmont is a coaching-driven gym, not a one-size-fits-all fitness facility. Every class is coached with an emphasis on movement quality, progression, and long-term health. We also offer support beyond group classes, including personal training, corrective exercise, and physical therapy.
Many of our members train with past injuries or movement limitations. Our coaches take a science-based approach to movement and offer scaling, modifications, and one-on-one support when needed. We also provide corrective exercise and physical therapy to help members move better and train safely.
Corrective exercise focuses on improving movement patterns, addressing imbalances, and reducing the risk of recurring pain or injury. At CrossFit Longmont, corrective exercise works alongside group training and personal training to support long-term strength, mobility, and performance.Something here about how CE is a performance enhancer as well as injury recovery
For most beginners, we recommend starting with 2-3three sessions per week and adjusting as your fitness, recovery, and schedule allow, although even 1 time per week can help you improve. Consistency is built 1 work out at a time and setting up the habit yields results. 1 workout/week over the course of the year is still 52 more workouts than not starting at all because you can’t commit to more. Our coaches help members find a training frequency that supports progress without burnout.
