Fuel everything that drives your results outside the gym- nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress and environment.
Deep Health Coaching Offerings
Using a behavior-first model grounded in Precision Nutrition’s Deep Health framework, we help you build sustainable changes across physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Because lasting results don’t come from short-term fixes—they come from improving the system that supports your life.
Through small group, partner, or 1:1 coaching, you’ll develop the skills to fuel your body with intention—improving energy, recovery, body composition, and long-term performance without extremes or rigid rules.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching
Most nutrition concern aren't really about food. They're about the behaviors around it — stress, sleep, recovery, mindset, relationships, and the patterns that keep repeating in your life.
We start with what you came in for: meal structure, protein intake, grocery planning, eating around workouts, hunger cues, and consistency through busy weeks. But as we work, the deeper pieces usually surface — and addressing them is what actually makes the change stick.
You'll work with a coach in person or virtually. There are no contracts or packages, so you can stop and start as needed. Most people find real, lasting change takes about a year — we'll pace the work with you rather than rush it.
Partner/Small Group Nutrition
Your everyday environment shapes your health, so change is easier to sustain when the people around you are part of it.
Partner and small group coaching gives you practical nutrition support while creating shared accountability. Instead of trying to make changes alone, you work through real-life challenges together and build healthier patterns where they actually have to hold up.
This is a great fit for people who want to improve their nutrition and deeper health habits with the support of others who are in it with them.
Sport Specific Coaching
Race day should not be the first time you test your plan.
We help you build a fueling strategy before then, and refine how you’ll use it when the event begins.
For ultra-endurance athletes, the plan has to survive the whole duration, and have strategies for non optimal events.
Sleep, stress, recovery, and preparation all affect how you feel at the start line, but more importantly as you cross the finish line.
By the time you get there, you’re not hoping the plan works. You’ve lived it.

How Change Actually Happens
Real change isn’t about willpower or about riding a motivation spike—it’s about building the right habits, in the right environment, at the right pace.
We don’t hand you a perfect plan and expect you to follow it. Instead, we focus on assessing your current habits, identifying the highest-impact behaviors, and making change from there. We then observe the outcomes, and repeat this process until you reach your goals.
Small, sustainable changes over time
Skills, not restriction
Awareness, not intensity
Consistency over perfection
Because long-standing patterns don’t change overnight—but they do change when approached with the right structure and support.
