About

I started training myself in 2011 after the birth of my first child, with a goal to build strength, improve my health, and keep up with the demands of motherhood and a fast-paced career. I wanted to feel like the best version of myself—for me and for my daughter.

What began as something personal quickly became something more. I wanted to understand how the body works, how to train with purpose, and how to create lasting change. That led me to my first certification through ISSA and eventually into owning a personal training and small group studio.

After having my third daughter in 2020, I was introduced to CrossFit—and I was hooked. It brought a new level of challenge to my training and led me to earn my CrossFit Level 1.

Through years of high-volume training and running, I also experienced the downside—pain, breakdowns, and no clear answers. After working with multiple physical therapists and still feeling like something was missing, I started digging into corrective exercise. That path led me to become a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and continues to shape how I coach.

My coaching is grounded in one simple idea:

Movement first, always.

Strong isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing it better.
