I started out as a runner before joining the dark side/light side (I suppose that depends on who you ask!) in 2021. And I clearly love it! I feel that it is so powerful for myself as a woman and a mother to feel simultaneously strong and artful with the Olympic lifts, and I love to support that feeling in all the athletes I coach and train!
In addition to my personal training and CrossFit certifications, I have also been certified in kundalini yoga, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and nutrition coaching (proud Level 2 Precision Nutrition Master Coach here!)
I’m also currently working on certificates focused on somatic based trauma informed practices, another avenue of supporting the whole human/athlete, in order to support an integrated approach to health and fitness. And finally, I love gluten free baking (nutrition is the foundation of the pyramid!) and really enjoyed nordic skiing with my kiddo this winter!
