Kelsey Wisinski DPT

Kelsey is a Midwest native and transplant to Colorado in 2018. She has been an avid athlete her entire life, and is passionate about movement being some of the best medicine. She has a long history of competitive sports, as a decorated Muay Thai fighter in her late teens and 20s and now a professional mountain biker as well. She started lifting at the age of 17, and began coaching athletes at the age of 18 starting with kids and working her way up to both amateur and professional athletes.

Kelsey is a licensed physical therapist with specialty training in dry needling and pelvic floor dysfunction in women. She has a passion to correct movement, and looks at all of her patients and clients as more than just movement limitations - she loves to provide feedback on sleep, nutrition, stress, and life dynamics to help her clients improve in more than just one aspect.
