About

Zac has been with CrossFit Longmont since 2013. He’s an integral part of the staff as head coach and maintenance king. Zac grew up in competition. First with wrestling, then with MMA. Currently he competes in weightlifting and holds the Masters 35 to 39 American record for the clean and jerk in the 67 kg weight class. He is also a Masters and Pan Ams champion. He has coached wrestlers, fighters, and now CrossFitters over the past 10 years. Zac also runs our Barbell classes at CrossFit Longmont. Outside of the gym he loves to spend time with his wife and three daughters, eat tasty foods and cook.
